I want to live my life to the fullest by challenging myself into uncharted territories. After working in Europe and the USA, I returned to India in late nineties, going against the tide. I took another gamble to bet on starting the India center of a startup, Infinera and helped it in going public and made into a formidable center. I am sharing my vast experiences through my own leadership practice. Privately I was awarded Udyog Rattan award, but the best award I get from professionals whose lives I made an impact on. As an angel investor, I keep myself updated with the changing landscape of technology world and augmented my knowledge by traveling to fifty countries.

I was never into sports, but I transformed myself into a fitness freak. Being a popular author in the genre of management books, my next book was on fitness. I got rid of stage fear by performing in company parties and went a step ahead by undertaking acting classes, and had an excellent debut as “Judge” in the superhit Movie “Batla house” of John Abraham and Nikkhil Advani. Life is beautiful provided we have the courage to explore.
