As the title suggestes author has captured the common myth and what it really means in that situvation. I have only read all the myth and reallities mentioned in bold letters and some topic which felt should read it fully. I must say reading this myths and realities have changed my perception in lot of things from the way I looked at them before. If you are facing challeging situavation in workplace this book will enable you to have a fresh preception on those situvations. One of thing is Stress was really interesting author has mentioned that stress is not due tomwork, its because we feelmwe are not able to deliver or not being vauled etc. that is very much true. Read it if you have inclination to understand work place better.

Utkarsh Rai’s “Faster, Smarter, Higher” is a master class book which will dive deep into ones professional life.
Its bang on, as i was able to relate and realize most of the thoughts discussed in this book. I must appreciate the author for very carefully covering daily aspects in ones career.
This book has so many detailed steps for every professional, what mistake they are doing and how they can fix it and excel in work and maintain good tempo with team and management. I have already started applying in daily life what i have learnt from this book and i see dramatic changes in me.

Finished the book in two sittings, book is written with simple language that willl hold you as all the day to day to day corporate job related scenarios are mentioned and how one should act with minimal damage to his career and how one should avoid harmful scenarios are clearly mentioned and clear ways are laid out to readers. I recommend this book to people who are smart thinkers about their careers and don’t remain stagnant about whatever the situations are laid out in their career life. In your career you have to act wise, sometimes rough and this book will definitely tries to alarm and hone those skills of yours.

This is a very practical book. I used to work in China to establish a US company’s R&D center over there for 3 years.
