Going through this book, was like looking at the mirror, I could reflect multiple occasions in my 7 years of professional life where I could have taken a different action. This is an absolute must for anybody willing to succeed in an organization.

-Read it if you have inclination to know your workplace better-
As the title suggestes author has captured the common myth and what it really means in that situvation. I have only read all the myth and reallities mentioned in bold letters and some topic which felt should read it fully. I must say reading this myths and realities have changed my perception in lot of things from the way I looked at them before. If you are facing challeging situavation in workplace this book will enable you to have a fresh preception on those situvations. One of thing is Stress was really interesting author has mentioned that stress is not due tomwork, its because we feelmwe are not able to deliver or not being vauled etc. that is very much true. Read it if you have inclination to understand work place better.

Simple and straight explanation provides a practical approach for our day to day chores at work. Few ideas worked well with me when applied and hence started gifting this book for my team too.
